Gwynnie’s Peaches and Burrata
A lovely, easy summer meal, perfect for using up fresh produce and wowing your dinner party friends; it'll quickly become a staple.
Ingredients
- 1 yellow peach very fresh
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- handful of basil leaves
- 6 oz fresh burrata mozzerella
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- slice peach and mozzarella
- drizzle olive oil over top
- tear up basil leaves by hand and sprinkle over top, add salt and pepper
- that's it! serve and enjoy on a hot summer day
