Dark Chocolate Raspberry Overnight Oats
Yasmin shares her favourite make-ahead breakfast recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp yoghurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup yoghurt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate melted
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate and combine with 1/4 c yoghurt. Pop in fridge.
- Mix the first five ingredients in a mug/small bowl
- Add in frozen raspberries
- Top oats mixture with chocolate yoghurt
- Refrigerate overnight and enjoy the next morning!
