cup
rolled oats
1
tsp
chia seeds
1
tbsp
maple syrup
2
tbsp
yoghurt
1/2
cup
milk
1/4
cup
frozen raspberries
1/4
cup
yoghurt
1/2
cup
dark chocolate
melted
Instructions
Melt dark chocolate and combine with 1/4 c yoghurt. Pop in fridge.
Mix the first five ingredients in a mug/small bowl
Add in frozen raspberries
Top oats mixture with chocolate yoghurt
Refrigerate overnight and enjoy the next morning!
