Tommy’s Rapid Sausage Pasta

A perfect weeknight pasta dinner

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Cumberland sausages (go big or go home)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • single serving of spaghetti
  • 190 ml beef stock
  • 1 dollop Greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions
 

  • Fry the sausages in a pan
  • Chop the sausages into chunks once cooked and place in a bowl on the side
  • Throw in the onion and garlic into the pan and fry
  • Once the onions are golden brown, put the chopped sausage back in
  • Powder paprika spice over every inch of the pan
  • Begin to boil the pasta in another pot
  • Add the beef stock to the sausage, onion and garlic and mix in
  • Finally, add in a dollop of Greek yogurt and mix into the beef stock to form a sauce
  • Mix the pasta with the sauce and serve
