prepare glaze by mixing garlic, veg oil, honey, chilli flakes, and bbq sauce. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the first five (dry) ingredients
wash chicken and pat dry
In a separate bowl, prepare egg wash by whisking together eggs and water with fork
one by one, dip wings into dry mixture, then egg wash, and once more in dry before dropping into fryer (filled with oil at 350 degrees)
fry coated wings until golden brown, about 10 minutes
glaze wings while still hot and serve!
